Pump Accessories:
We have 2 options for accessories made for the S6 Plus pump:
- Trumpet Kit: Standard design accessories (inclusive in price above)
- Free-T Kit: Hands-free design accessories (inclusive in price above)
Either of these accessories comes as a set with the S6 Plus pump.
Feel free to use them to your comfort and approach us if you have any queries on the setup/usage.
Do note that the accessories are for you to keep.
These are non-exchangeable/refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Refundable $100 deposit
A refundable deposit of $100 (inclusive in the price above) is required for each pump unit and charger.
This amount will be released back to you after the pump and charger have been checked to be in good condition upon return.
A note that the $100 deposit will be forfeited in the event that milk backflow in the pump or mishandling is detected in the pump and/or charger.
How to return the pump:
Do note that your 1 week of free trial will begin on the day you receive the pump from the courier.
Our team will drop you a WhatsApp message and email reminder a day before your free trial period is up.
Please read through the email/message as the return instructions will be provided there.
Rest easy as we make the arrangements to collect the pump from your doorstep, all you need to do is pack the pump and charger back into the box and pass it to the courier.
Do note down your last free trial date as any late return of the pump will result in a $10/day late fee.
The total amount will be deducted from the refundable deposit for late pumps returned in good working condition.
For forfeited deposits, our team will be sending over an invoice detailing the total late fee charged (payments via PayNow).
Do reach out to our staff at least a day before your last free trial date if you need any special extensions/requests.
