When will I receive my order?
Your parcel will be delivered to your address via our assigned courier service within 2-5 working days.

We'll need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your order via our assigned courier service. Once items have been processed and picked up, our courier will normally deliver within the next 1-3 working days.

*Do factor in slight delay in delivery during festive seasons such as New Year, Lunar New Year and sales period etc.

How to register for warranty?
How do I send my pump for warranty?

Please submit Warranty Request Service form. Our warranty team shall assist you soon.

How long is the warranty period?

Breast pumps and power adapters purchased through our official channels come with a (2) two-year warranty.

What qualifies for an exchange?

If a product is defective or damaged, it must not be used and must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Can I still service my pump after the warranty has expired?

Yes, the service fee is $50; additional charges for new replacement parts and courier charges.

Product Care & Usage

How do I put my pump and its parts together?
  1. Before touching the breast pump or its parts, wash your hands. Put the breast pump on a surface that is clean, dry, and stable.
  2. Put the silicone membrane of the backflow protector into the bottom of the backflow protector (the part that connects to the breast shield). Make sure it fits well and that the silicone edge of the backflow protector fits around the edge of the backflow protector bottom.
  3. Snap the backflow protector top (the part that connects to the pipe) onto the backflow protector bottom that has already been put together. Push the valve onto the breast shield's bottom.
  4. Attach the backflow protector assembly to the breast shield's top. To keep this assembly from getting broken, attach and remove it by twisting it. Screw the bottle into the breast shield from the bottom.
  5. Connect one end of the tube to the backflow protector assembly and the other end to your Cimilre pump (for single pumping attach the cap on one of the airflow ports). Connect the power adapter to the pump. Plug the power adapter into a regular plug.
Which brand's parts are compatible with Cimilre pumps?

Compatible with most brands with a closed-system breast shield kit; Medela is not compatible with Cimilre.

How often should I change my pump accessories?

With daily or frequent use, accessories will be prone to wear and tear. A decrease in pump suction may indicate that the accessories are worn out and it is time to get new accessories.

For normal daily pumping, accessories can be changed every 2-3 months or when a decrease in suction is present. The part that would be most prone to wear and tear would be the valves. Expect to change the valves about every 2 months.

How often should I sterilize my pump accessories?

We advise mummies to sterilize the accessories after each use. However, the frequency and method of sterilization are up to your own comfort and your baby’s needs.

Are Cimilre parts and pump free of latex?

Yes! All Cimilre pumps, parts, and bottles do not contain latex.

Are Cimilre items free of BPA and DEHP?

Yes! All parts of the Cimilre pump and bottles are free of BPA and DEHP.
